Vico Cake

Ingredients:
1 bulk of Butter (unsalted)(optional, margarine)

2 or 3 eggs (depending on the size. If small, use3 eggs)

3 cups of vico

3 or 4 cups of nestum (original)

2 tablespoons of horlicks

½ tin of F&N evaporated milk

1 box of Marie’s biscuits (chocolate)

How to make:
1. Crush the marie biscuits first.
2. Heat your frying pan; small fire is enough to melt the butter.
3. Melt the butter until it boils, not completely.
4. Add the eggs and the evaporated milk, mix them all up.
5.  Then add vico, horlicks, nestum and the crushed marie biscuits in the pan.
6. Keep on mixing them until they won’t stick to the pan.
7. Off the fire and take the batter out from the pan into a tray.
8. Press the batter all over the tray, so it will spread out evenly. (Careful, your hands might get burn here)
9. Leave it to cool to room temperature.
10. Then, put the tray into the refrigerator for about an hour or more, to let it set. (Better more than one hour)

P/S: I've tried this several times, you guys should too. :)
