          On 4th of April 2012, at Lecture Room 3, Block N, Universiti Teknologi Petronas, I posted a question to find out what is the most favorite colors among UTPians for Tutorial Class Group 1. I've chosen this question because I do believe, colors can resemble someone characters. For example, red which resembles bravery and black which resembles simple.

         This survey is done by 29 students which consist of 8 females and 21 males students. They are mixed in races; 8 Chinese, 20 Malays, and 1 International student. It was conducted by each of students must post at least 1 question on a sheet of paper. After that, the question is then distributed to them. All students are required to answer once only. Lastly, the questions and answers are then collected.

         Based on research that I have made, there are 11 students of them with percentage of  37.93 % like black color. 6 of them like blue color with percentage of 20.69 %. Furthermore, 1 of them likes Yellow color very much with percentage of 3.45 %. Besides, with same numbers of 2 students and percentage of 6.90 %, the rest of them like Pink, Red, White, and Purple colors respectively. At the same time, with percentage of 34.48 %, there are 10 students who like more than 1 color.

         As a conclusion, I can conclude that, the most favorite color among UTPians for Tutorial Group 1 is black with the highest percentage of 37.93 % and the least number of UTPians who like Yellow color with percentage of 3.45 %. In my opinion, the higher number of males compared to females students in this survey, have contribute to the highest number of black color lover because probably, males love black color. Besides that, it may because, black color can make someone looks neatly dressed and even looks smart. In a nutshell, the hypothesis is accepted.
