Argumentative Essay

Women Quit Their Jobs for Baby

Do you think that women should stop working right after their first delivery? In my point of view, they should quit their jobs for the baby. This is very important for their own health, safety of the baby and the growth of the baby.

The health of women's body will be very unsuitable for them to continue their work after they gave birth. A long time is needed for the body to regain health and energy. This will take approximately a month or 30 days which  varies to different body condition either shorter or longer than that. For example, women should intake nutritious meal in a month time in order to recover from the lost of nutrition after the delivery.

Second, the safety of the baby must be taken into consideration as well. Women whomever take a full time job will have them to leave their new born baby at home. At this point, hiring a babysitter may be a solution for this problem. But the fact is, this will only put the baby in a more dangerous situation as the mothers do not have any idea what kind of food or drink will the babysitter feed the baby with. Some even will maltreat the babies as they are not related.

Growth of the babies at early stage is crucial as it affects the development of them. Mothers are definitely important for new born babies. This is even more obvious during the early stage of growth of babies. For instance, mothers should breastfeed their new born babies because this is the best source of nutrition for baby and until now, there is no better dairy product that can replace breastfeeding for babies. Not only that, as parent, mothers should always be with the babies all the time to make sure everything is fine and normal about their babies.

In short, the unsuitability to work, welfare of baby and growth of baby are the main reasons why women should quit their jobs after first delivery. This can ensure that babies will grow in a healthy, normal and even better condition.
