How I Met Your Mother (HIMYM) Review

On 4^th April 2012 at LR3, Block J, University Teknologi Petronas, a questionnaire was posted to find out how many people are watching the everybody's comedy - How I Met Your Mother a.k.a HIMYM. I believe that majority of the university students are watching it.

This survey is done by 29 students of UTP that consist of 28 local students and 1 international student. Among these 29 students, there are 8 of them are female and 21 of them are male, with the range of 17-21 year-old Foundation students. These students are taking Engineering courses which comprises the Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Petroleum and Geo-science Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. Nor forgetting the non-technical courses the Business Information System and Information & Communication Technology. The questionnaire is done in a tutorial session which only allowed each student to answer once and pass to the one sitting next to them in a circular formation.

From the survey, there are 41.4% of them are watching the comedy, which is 12 students out of 29. However, there is 48.3% of them (14 students) never watched the show. The rest of the 10.3% which is only 3 students have no idea what is the show about .

Thus, from this survey we can conclude that most of the students are not watching the famous comedy How I Met Your Mother. The hypothesis is rejected.
